For the second year running, we’ve made Ad Age’s prestigious “Best Places to Work” list. As active participants in the shaping of our own culture, it’s not hard to see why. We are constantly adapting our outlook and taking risks. If something is broken, we fix it. We strive for diversity and we listen. By doing so, we’ve successfully created an environment where learning and growth are the standard. Making this list shows us – as well as the rest of the industry – that our people are resoundingly, indisputably, happy.
In my new role as global chief talent officer, I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve built and continue to nurture across our agency. Each of our 19 offices worldwide has a unique brand of culture, but they all ladder up to the same thing: to make good work you need to have a little fun, and to make brilliant work, you must feel included, valued, and respected.
As time goes on and we add impressive new talent to our roster, we have diversity top of mind. From initiatives like The 3% Conference to our recruitment practices and company values, we are investing our time and our resources into making our work and our people the best that they can be.
