POSSIBLE is passionate about diversity. That’s why we’re sponsoring The 3% Conference in 2016 for the fourth consecutive year. And this looks to be our biggest year yet. Not only will global chief creative officer, Daniel Chu, and Americas chief creative officer, Danielle Trivisonno Hawley, both be in attendance, we’re also sending 21 employees from seven global offices, from Buenos Aires to London.

About The 3% Conference

Founded in San Francisco in 2012, The 3% Conference is dedicated to changing the ratio for women creatives in the advertising industry. And what does the 3% stand for? The percentage of women who held roles at or above creative director level at the time the conference was founded. This number is climbing, but not quickly enough.
