PSBJ 40 UNDER 40: Danielle Trivisonno Hawley

In 2015, Danielle Trivisonno Hawley was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of 40 young business leaders under the age of 40 who are growing their business and moving the needle.

In the past six years, Danielle has skyrocketed from copy writer to chief creative officer of the Americas region at POSSIBLE. How did she do it? Balance. Despite her insane schedule, she still sets aside ample time for innovative and creative projects, including a Microsoft OneNote video showcasing Robert Downy Jr. gifting a bionic arm to a boy in need. As highlighted by The 3% Conference, only a very small percentage of creative leadership positions are held by women. Danielle has been a passionate advocate for the 3% movement since its inception, working hard to change the ratio for women in the industry.

“Today’s advertising industry needs fewer egos and more empathy and camaraderie. I consider my success a guide for other women in the advertising industry. I feel responsible to not only pave the way for other women considering a career in creative advertising, but to serve as a voice to other agencies regarding the value that equality can bring to both a client’s business and consumers’ lives,” she says.
